The College Film Club is a great opportunity to do something apart from studies. It serves as a great opportunity for the students of our College to be exposed to content both academic and non-academic to widen their intellectual horizons. It has changed the perspective with which the students used to watch a movie. It has helped to enrich young minds with different prominent issues which had earlier gone unnoticed.

The Film Club has been running successfully for the past 2 years now. It has screened over 30 movies so far and there is a lot more in store. Interestingly, the Club is open to all. The Club screens movies that revolve around various thought provoking issues. Some of the movies screened so far are ‘Monsoon Wedding? ‘Mit? ‘Dead Poets?Society? ‘To Sir With Love? ‘Monalisa Smile?to mention a few. Besides these several movies based on widely acclaimed and celebrated novels have also been screened. Some of these movies are: ‘Maya Memsaab?(Based on Gustave Flaubert’s ‘Madame Bovary?. ‘Gulliver’s Travels? ‘Pride & Prejudice? ‘Jane Eyre? ‘Cleopatra?etc.
