Medical room was first started by the Bharati College Administration in 2008 with a lady Medical Officer heading the Medical Care centre for its students whose strength has steadily grown from around 1200 to over 2000 now. The Teaching and Non Teaching Staff also make use of the services of the Medical Officer. The Medical officer Dr. (Mrs.) Geeta Roy,is not only available to all students and staff for free consultation but also organizes many interactive talks and awareness camps on matters of interest and relevant topics. Over the last two years she has organized talks on: Thalassemia, Dengue, Reproductive health, Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, Breast cancer and HIV, Thyroid disorders, Premarital counseling, Dental Hygiene etc. She has also assisted with the blood donation camp organized by the Red Cross society, thyroid detection camp organized by by Thyrocare, eye check up organized by Med fort, skin care camp organized by Mc Leods,bone mineral density camp organized by Ranbaxy, health camp and kidney and gall stone detection by USG by RG Stone and Urology Hospital.
