Special Olympics For Differently Abeld

“Special Olympics for the Disabled” on World Disability Day which our student volunteers help organize has been a regular event from 2005.

Since December 2005, we have been involving our students, staff and faculty in commemorating the International Day of People with Disabilities with a Special Olympics for the Disabled. In this event around 500 physically and mentally challenged students from around 45 school participates. Over the course of eight or so hours a Special Olympic Torch Run, a March Past, a 25m walk, a 50m and 100m run, shot put, soft ball throw and bocce is witnessed.
